It’s an Eggscellent Easter Egg Hunt!

Leisure Inn Pokolbin Hill is very eggcited to announce our first event Easter egg hunt – but places are limited so hop to it and register now!

Here’s everything you need to know.

When

10am on Sunday 4th April

Where

The hunt will kick off on site at Leisure Inn Pokolbin Hill, with eggs hidden at various locations around Pokolbin.

Make your way to Leisure Inn Pokolbin by 10am for the briefing and to pick up your map.

The hunt

We’ll be hiding 75 (toy) Easter eggs across 15 sites within Pokolbin.

Every registered hunter will receive a map highlighting where the eggs are hidden.

Each Easter egg will have a number inside it, corresponding to a fabulous prize.

Each egg will be sealed with a Leisure Inn Pokolbin sticker, so you’ll immediately know when you’ve hit the jackpot!

Return your egg to Leisure Inn Pokolbin Hill before 2pm to claim your prize.

The prizes

We’ve partnered with amazing businesses around the Hunter Valley to offer up some incredible prizes including accommodation, private wine tastings, bike hire, delicious food experiences, and great activities around the area.

We’ll also be holding an egg and spoon race on site at Leisure Inn Pokolbin from 2.15pm onwards to give away any unclaimed prizes.

And if you love an excuse to dress up (and who doesn’t!), we are encouraging participants to take part in our hunt wearing fancy dress.

There will be a separate prize for the best dressed, so go as eggstra as possible!

Leisure Inn Pokolbin Easter Egg Hunt 2021

Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of the below terms and conditions:All participants must pre-register via the Hunter Valley Guide on apple or android device.

All participants visit the Leisure Inn Pokolbin by 10am on Sunday 4^th April 2021. All children must be accompanied to the event by an adult and that adult must maintain responsibility and full supervision at all times.

Anyone who registers accepts full responsibility for the safety and personal possessions of themselves and their child(ren) participating in the Easter Egg Hunt and they shall ensure the child(ren) under their care, abide by all rules and directions issued on the day of the Easter Egg Hunt “organisers of the Easter Egg Hunt”.

The chocolates provided on the day contain milk and soy products. They may also contain traces of wheat, egg, peanuts and tree nuts. If you or your child has an allergy to any of these ingredients, please inform Leisure Inn Pokolbin Hill and agents who can cater for said allergies with an alternate option.

Leisure Inn Pokolbin Hill and their associated agents will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur.
