Dining Safari Experience

The Dining Safari Experience is available on select dates at Leisure Inn Pokolbin Hill for $250 per person, in addition to accommodation costs. The experience includes a participation certificate, a Small Mouth Gin gift, bus hire for the full safari and a $50 dining credit voucher per person (couples receive a combined $100 voucher). The guided journey features multiple culinary stops across the Hunter Valley, including Twine Restaurant, Oishii, Baume, Blaxland Inn, Sabor and Small Mouth (Gin Tasting), with all dishes, beverages and venues subject to change without prior notice due to operational requirements. Each scheduled Dining Safari date is subject to a minimum of 10 confirmed bookings. If the minimum booking requirement is not met, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the event. In the event of cancellation, all affected guests will be notified and any payments made will be refunded in full. If the event proceeds, the experience is non-refundable and date changes are subject to availability. Guests must meet at the designated pickup point and be 18 years or older to consume alcohol. The dining credit voucher is issued as part of the Hunter Valley Dining Safari Experience and is redeemable only at the restaurant identified as the guest’s highest-scoring outlet during the event. It is valid for one-time use only and must be redeemed within seven (7) days of issue. The voucher may only be used towards food and beverage purchases at the nominated participating restaurants only and is valid for full-priced menu items only. Small Mouth Distillery is not included in this dining credit redemption. It is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in whole or in part. Any remaining balance after redemption will be forfeited. Blackout dates and restrictions may apply at the discretion of the participating restaurant. Guests must advise the restaurant at the time of booking or upon arrival that they intend to redeem the voucher, which will be applied as a credit at the venue. Participating restaurants reserve the right to refuse entry or service in accordance with their policies and licensing requirements. Guests must comply with all venue rules, conditions of entry and behaviour standards. Leisure Inn Pokolbin Hill, its affiliates and partners accept no responsibility or liability for service quality, the dining experience, or any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the Dining Safari or redemption of the voucher. Use of the voucher constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
