- Are extra beds or baby cots available and is there a charge?
Additional bedding cannot be added to the Studio apartments. A sofa bed accommodating 1 person can be added to the one or two bedroom apartments for an additional $40.00 per night. Due to limited availability sofa bed must be prebooked. Cots are also available for an additional $20.00 per night.
- How do we access the hotel from the train station/airport?
Maitland is the closest train station to the hotel offering a regular service.
Taxis from Maitland to the hotels will cost approximately $90 one way.
Newcastle airport is approximately 50 minutes from the hotel. Car rental is available at the airport.- Do you have a complimentary shuttle service?
The hotel does not offer a shuttle service. There are a number of independent tour companies offering full and half day tours in the area. Please contact the hotel for assistance.
- Is there transport to the concert venues?
For concerts or events, a local bus company Rover Coaches provides a regular service from the hotel.

Contact the hotel on the day of arrival and you will be issued with a security code and instruction on how to access your keys/room. Please note security codes cannot be issued prior to the arrival date and without pre payment.
- Can I walk to the Wineries?
Leisure Inn Pokobin Hill is within walking distance to a number of Wineries including Brokenwood Wines, McGuigan Wines, Tempus Two and Meerea Park Wines.
- Can we add a cheese platter, chocolates, rose petal, etc.?
